Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of uploading your photos. You'll receive an email notification when your headshots are ready.
🔄What if I'm not satisfied with my headshots?
We offer free regenerations if you're not happy with the results. Simply email support@headshot.vip with your order number. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your money—no questions asked.
📷What photo requirements should I follow?
Upload 20–30 clear, well-lit photos of yourself from different angles. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, or group photos. See our Help Center for detailed instructions.

Yes. All photos are encrypted during upload and storage. We never share your images with third parties. Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Read our privacy policy for full details.
